Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Downloadable digital products
